Key Performance Areas and Objectives:Monitor and maintain the Company Website• Load and update all the content related to the full product suite (new and existing) as and when required.• Monitor the website regularly and ensure that all images and changes that were uploaded display correctly.• Load and update all product “offers” as and when required.• Create, load, and update weekly blogs and recipes• Test the website daily to ensure that all the content display correctly and report faults or irregularities to the supplier.• Assist Sales Consultants, Independent Sales Agents, and other departments with any sales portal queries and ensure that the query is resolved.• Ensure that the online sales portal is updated with pricing, pictures, products, trainingmodules etc. as and when required.
