Financial Reporting and Analysiso Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.o Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business decision-making.o Develop financial reports specific to ICT projects, including cost allocation and profitability analysis.2. Budgeting and Forecastingo Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and forecasts.o Monitor actual performance against budgets and identify variances.o Provide financial forecasts for ICT-related projects and initiatives.3. Revenue Managemento Track and manage revenue streams from ICT services, software, hardware, and subscriptions.o Ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection of accounts receivable.o Monitor and report on recurring revenue and subscription-based income.4. Cost Managemento Analyze operational and project costs to ensure cost efficiency.o Monitor expenses related to software licensing, hardware procurement, and ICT infrastructure maintenance.5. Compliance and Audito Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards relevant to the ICT sector.o Prepare for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.o Stay updated on changes in tax laws and financial regulations affecting the ICT industry.6. Taxationo Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.o Ensure compliance with ICT-specific tax regulations, such as withholding taxes on software services.7. Systems and Processeso Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to manage financial transactions and records.o Ensure integration of financial data with ICT-specific systems, such as billing and inventory management platforms.o Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.8. ICT Project Financial Managemento Track financial performance of ICT projects, including software development, infrastructure deployment, and consulting services.o Ensure proper allocation of costs and resources to projects.9. Stakeholder Communicationo Collaborate with ICT department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.o Present financial reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.Qualifications and Skills1. Educationo Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.o Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CMA) are a plus.2.
