MADE CNC Profile Machines is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role is key in building and maintaining strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving sales to meet and exceed set targets.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Negotiate customer discounts in line with company targets.

• Achieve personal and business targets.

• Report on sales performance and identify new opportunities.

• Maximize sales profitability through effective strategies.

• Identify and develop new client leads, guiding them in selecting the right products to meet their business needs.

• Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Complete internal sales and supplier product training.

• Develop and execute personal sales strategies.

• Utilize social media platforms to generate new business leads.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to present and negotiate with all levels of management.

• Disciplined, creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

• Highly motivated to succeed in a sales-driven environment.

• Strong administrative skills with the ability to work independently.

• Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and think quickly.

• Willingness to travel for trade shows and industry-related events.

• Grade 12 qualification.

• Valid Code B/EB driver’s license.

• At least 2 years of proven sales experience, particularly in field sales.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
