Inspiring and Developing Young Minds Through Active Play

Are you passionate about working with children and helping them unlock their potential through active play and learning? Actionball is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Coach to join our team for 2026 (to be available for training October 2025) in fostering early childhood development through engaging, structured sports and movement activities.

Actionball is a dynamic program dedicated to teaching children foundational skills that promote physical fitness, coordination, teamwork, and confidence. By combining fun and learning, our goal is to create an enriching environment where young children can develop their motor skills, social abilities, and love for physical activity.

As an Assistant Coach, you will:

· Work closely with our Lead Coaches to implement Actionball programs tailored for children aged 2–10 years.

· Assist in creating a safe, supportive, and fun atmosphere that encourages children to learn through play.

· Support children in improving their gross and fine motor skills through sports and movement-based activities.

· Help nurture essential social and emotional skills such as teamwork, communication, and self-confidence.

· Be a role model for young children, inspiring them to stay active and healthy.

We are looking for candidates who have:

· A genuine love for working with children, with prior experience in early childhood education, coaching, or childcare being a strong advantage.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and the Actionball team.

· A positive and energetic attitude, with the ability to motivate and encourage young children.

· Basic knowledge of child development principles or a willingness to learn.

· Availability during weekday mornings or afternoons, depending on program scheduling.
