Key Responsibilities

• Perform all plumbing tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of new and existing geysers.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure the proper upkeep and servicing of the assigned company vehicle, maintaining cleanliness and roadworthiness at all times.
• Conduct accurate monthly and annual stock takes in accordance with company procedures.
• Operate effectively on the company’s in-house software platform and utilize Microsoft Outlook via a tablet device.
• Collaborate with internal departments and regional teams to resolve plumbing-related matters as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

The following qualifications and competencies are essential for this role:

• Minimum of a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Certified plumber or at least 10 years of hands-on experience in plumbing installations. (Trade certificate must be submitted.)
• Certified and experienced in the installation and maintenance of solar geysers.
• Qualified in the installation and servicing of geysers with heat pumps connected, with relevant experience.
• Familiarity and/or certification with Geyserwise systems will be considered an advantage.
• Valid South African driver’s license.
• Demonstrates professionalism and effective communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Capable of managing conflict in a calm and professional manner.
• Strong team player with a proactive, friendly, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Physically fit and capable of performing the demands of the role.
