This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a strong operational background. The Sales and Collections Representative will excel in a fast-paced environment, working independently while ensuring operational efficiency.Responsibilities:Sell refurbished equipment (PCs, monitors, laptops, printers) and e-waste waste fractions if necessary, meeting set targets.Grow e-waste collections by contacting companies and arranging donations.Compile weekly and monthly reports as needed.Assist the GM in selling waste fractions like plastic, mild steel, aluminum, PC boards, cables, etc.Pass any potential funding leads to the GM.Handle customer complaints and queries.Process purchase orders and invoices.Assist with ad hoc duties as required.Qualifications and Experience:Grade 12 or equivalent.Valid driver’s license required.Required Skills:Sales experience with a focus on excellent customer service.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; Sage Evolution experience is advantageous.Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport and making sales.Strong multitasking abilities and sense of urgency.Proactive problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.Remuneration:Salary: R10,000 CTC.To apply, send your CV to gocareers1@yahoo.com.
