Responsibilities

• Follow all lawful instructions given by the line manager and onsite Supervisor
• To sort all trollies brought into the waste area
• To bale materials in the baling machine
• Report all problems faced on site to the line manager immediately
• Ensure that the delivery and collection book is signed upon every completed collection (including both WastePlan Drivers and all our service providers removing waste offsite)
• Ensure you are available when there is overtime required by the client
• Report when there is enough recycling due for collection and to report general waste collections that are due on time
• Ensure that the waste area is always clean and tidy, the cleaning of the waste area is required to ensure good housekeeping onsite
• Separation of recycling streams as per their group (office paper, plastic, cardboard, etc.)
• Keep all waste storage areas clean and swept
• To ensure the skips onsite are covered to avoid any waste flying out of the skip when it is windy
• Assist Drivers with loading all skips onsite
• To assist with any other duties that may be required for the efficient running of the site

The wage administrator will report directly and work very closely with the payroll administrator.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Full payroll function on the SAGE VIP Premier system
• Macro importing and capturing of weekly and monthly timesheets into the SAGE payroll
• Reconciling and balancing weekly and monthly payments and journals
• Prepare and distribute wage data reports as requested by divisions
• Print and distribute weekly payslips
• Assistance to the payroll administrator on consolidated monthly/ annual reports and audits
• Importing of weekly/monthly payrolls into FNB Online Business System
• Assists with the preparation of wages annual budgets and increase schedules
• Managing all the wage employees files
• Assistance with the preparation and distribution of IRP5s
• Issuing of UI19 and DOL documents
• Completing and submission of provident claim files (MIBFA)
• Preparing the monthly attendance report
• Assistance to the HR department as required

Requirements:

• Experience with the SAGE VIP Premier payroll system
• Knowledge of basic wage payroll calculation (earnings, deductions, leave, etc.)
• Knowledge of BCEA rules
• Knowledge of MIBFA and NBCCI agreements
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Outlook
• Ability to maintain the highest standard of confidentiality and honesty
• Excellent communication skills, read and write in English
• The ability to interact with management and staff at all levels
• Time management, working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Basic financial skills

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12
• 3-5 years of SAGE VIP Premier payroll experience Further tertiary education in the field will be advantageous.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing sales teams across multiple locations
• Strong experience in developing and executing sales strategies
• Financial oversight and budget management capabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Valid drivers license and own reliable transport (essential)
This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for mechanical components and assemblies.
• Update and revise existing drawings as required by engineering or production changes.
• Liaise with engineers and production staff to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant industry standards and internal specifications.
• Maintain drawing registers and proper documentation control.

Experience and Qualifications:

• National Diploma or relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Draughting.
• 24 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Good technical understanding of mechanical design and fabrication processes.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Canvassing for new residential and commercial rental properties
• Listing and marketing of residential and commercial rental properties
• Conducting viewings at available properties
• Vetting prospective tenants
• Tenanting available properties
• Performing ingoing, interim, ad hoc and outgoing inspections
• Loading of tenant and landlord invoices
• Running the billing and payments for all tenanted properties
• Arranging maintenance for properties
• Completing all required documentation between parties, eg. Leases, mandates, disclosure forms, addendums, renewals, cancellations etc
• Collection of rentals and arrears and managing defaulting tenants including letters of demand
• Facilitation of deposit refunds

• Candidate must be numerically strong and have good accounting / maths ability
• Previous rental experience would be ideal
