We're seeking a female candidate to join our team as a Recruitment and Billing Manager for our recently launched Online Massage Advertising Agency.About Us:Our agency is dedicated to connecting massage therapists with clients through an innovative online platform. To kickstart our recent launch and grow our platform we are looking for someone to take control of the day to day cold calling in pursuit of motivating talented therapists within the Western Cape to register with us and to manage monthly billing processes with efficiency and professionalism.Ideal Candidate:- Female with similar experience of building brands or no experience but must be enthusiatic and drive signups- Target-driven and goal-oriented- Trustworthy and reliable- Dynamic with a good command of English and fluent in Afrikaans, non - negotiable- Fun, energetic, and extroverted- Able to work independently and bring fresh ideas to the table- Must own a laptop, cellphone and a stable internet connection with a quiet space to work from without distractionsResponsibilities:- Recruit massage therapists for our online platform- Ensure accurate information is captured on registration forms and suitable, quality images are uploaded before approving an application and publishing a profile on our platform- Manage billing processes against every registration request as well as ensuring monthly subscription fees to be sent out and settled timeously by therapists- Work remotely weekdays (9am - 3pm), with flexibility for face to face meetings with office managementBenefits:- Commission-based structure: Earn R100 for every paying therapist retained, with recurring income as long as they remain active- Plenty opportunity to grow within the Company and take on other responsibilities as the platform grows which will increase earning potential.Join Our Team:If you're ready to be part of an exciting startup and have the drive to succeed in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! Job description: The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for developing and curating engaging content across the Groups social media platforms, ensuring that content is in direct alignment with the brand and acquisition objectives.
