Our experience with Nathan Cleophas from Tyanoc has been highly unfavorable firstly, he operates under multiple company names (Synibuild and Synidesign), which raises concerns about his credibility.

The foreman he assigned to our project provided us with the contact information of six other clients who shared similar negative experiences.
Nathan, functioning as both a builder and the CEO of Tyanco, enters into contracts for work and demands a substantial 60% deposit upfront however, after commencing the job, he frequently proposes amendments to the original agreement, resulting in additional costs he insists on receiving these funds in advance.
Nathan will send you a quote for additional material, once paid, he sends cheaper goods and not the items paid for (redbrick vs cement blocks, 0.6mm board instead of 1.2) he then amends his online invoice with the cheaper items, forgetting the original quote that was paid for has the higher priced items he usually invoices weeks after money’s are received.
Once the foundation work (10%) is completed, Nathan requests further payment but subsequently slows down the progress of the project. He often assigns only one worker, who lacks the necessary tools, from the original team of six this worker came with a sheet of sandpaper… this pattern persists for a frustrating six month period, during which Nathan becomes unresponsive to our calls and inquiries.
Subsequent investigations have revealed that Nathan misappropriated clients' funds, using them to purchase his mother's house and multiple vehicles. He sold his previous residence, paid for his mother's property in cash, and made luxurious additions, including an entertainment area and a pool, all funded by clients' money shockingly, he even took clients' pension funds before disappearing.
It is crucial to avoid any involvement with Nathan Cleophas- he is operating at 26 XYRIS WAY, MATROOSFONTEIN, concealed by a high wall near the school.
Regrettably, we have incurred substantial financial losses, amounting to hundreds of thousands. Despite engaging in a prolonged exchange of correspondence with lawyers regarding the additional costs incurred, we ultimately made the difficult decision to use that money and complete the building work ourselves.
We strongly advise against utilizing the services of nathan cloephas.
