Nathan, functioning as both a builder and the CEO of Tyanco, enters into contracts for work and demands a substantial 60% deposit upfront however, after commencing the job, he frequently proposes amendments to the original agreement, resulting in additional costs he insists on receiving these funds in advance. Nathan will send you a quote for additional material, once paid, he sends cheaper goods and not the items paid for (redbrick vs cement blocks, 0.6mm board instead of 1.2) he then amends his online invoice with the cheaper items, forgetting the original quote that was paid for has the higher priced items he usually invoices weeks after money’s are received.
