Purpose of the role:The Villa Manager is responsible for the daily operations and ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. This includes overseeing housekeeping and staff, providing high-quality, tailored meals, and handling guest interactions. Your duties range from welcoming guests and administrative tasks to budgeting, meal planning, kitchen management (including food safety), and coordinating with other estate staff for a seamless guest experience.
