Fuselage made of PVC foam with cloth lay-up (270g bidirectional twill). Bulk heads for wing and canard attach points of Beech wood inserts with multiple layers of lightweight bi-directional cloth glassed on both fore and aft surfaces. The bulk heads themselves are glassed into the fuselage with multiple layers of BID cloth on both fore and aft surfaces. Controls and wings are made of a core of high density polystyrene foam, CNC lathe cut to a predetermined shape and overlaid by multiple layered programmed uni directional composite cloth infiltrated by a high quality epoxy resin system. A centrally located joy stick with 3 switches, two for aileron reflexor trim control, and a third one for push to talk radio.Instruments and avionics: Microair 760 VHF radio, Microair Transponder with mode C encoder. Magnetic compass, Hobbs meter, turn coordinator, Air speed in knots, miles per hour and kilometres per hour, Altimeter, Vertical speed indicator, GPS-Sport pilot 3 (connected to the aircraft's electrical system). Separate essential circuit breaker sub panel (right side).Engine instruments: RPM, oil pressure, oil temperature, EGT, CHT, volumeter, Ammeter, Fuel pressure, 2 fuel gauges (one for the main fuel tank & one for the header tank).Switches on main instrument panel: Mini electrical control system with main switches, including one for the main fuel-injection pump. On central console – fuel cut-off level, hand brake lock, 2 switches for fuel boost pumps from main tank to header tank (one for redundancy), 2 switches for the 2 CDI units. On left, side panel air intake control and elevator trim wheel. on central console, trim wheel for aileron trim.Lighting: Landing lights (on canard leading edge). Position lights canard. Strobes in wing.Cleveland disc brakes: Both rudder pedals have toe brakes. Handbrake control knob on panel.
