Opportunity for an experienced Payroll & Reporting Analyst, in this role you play a key roler in managing all aspects of the payroll process, ensuring accurate reporting and timely payments. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the payroll process, ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, and compliance with relevant laws and regulationsReview all aspects of payroll and reporting Liaise with Payroll Administrator, Talent, and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee data, ensure all payroll related processes and records are updated and reconciled monthly Monthly reconciliation between payroll records and finance accounting recordsProduce a monthly analysis of payroll movements for management accountsManage payroll records, reports, and documents for auditing and legal purposes, Main liaison for payroll auditResponsible for workmens compensation regulatory requirementsEnsure strong internal controls related to payroll and reportingStay current with changes in payroll laws and regulations, assess the impact on companys payroll practices and implement necessary adjustments to ensure complianceProduce accurate and high quality monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports on various employee data,Manage all relevant vendor relationships, Medical Aid, Group risk Benefits, ensure efficient service deliveryAssist with annual salary review preparation process and ad-hoc projectsRequirements:Minimum of a Postgraduate Accounting degree, CA (SA) / CIMA preferredMinimum of 4 years relevant experience in a related role, with previous experience in Payroll and HRIS systems and employee reportingPrevious exposure to SAGE People, Acumatica advantageousSolid understanding of payroll systems and processes as well as accounting principlesSystems orientated, keen interest in automation and digitization of Payroll and HR Reporting environmentHigh levels of integrity and discretionTrustworthy, reliable and hard workingPositive, proactive team playerExcellent analytical skills, high attention to detail Please note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
