Sales Data and Reporting:
Ensure accurate and timely uploads of sales
data onto the designated app.
Oversee submission of daily statistics and BI
reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Analyze data to identify trends and
opportunities for improvement.
Communication and Coordination:
Manage WhatsApp communications with Postpaid
Sales Agents, providing updates and support.
Act as a bridge between agents and management
to communicate goals, expectations, and policies.
Lead regular team meetings to discuss
performance, share insights, and align strategies.
Agent Development and Training:
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training to
support agent development.
Guide new agents through onboarding, ensuring
they understand tools, processes, and targets.
Requirements:
Matric – Mandatory.
Own Vehicle – Mandatory.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar
role, preferably in a field sales environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to
motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management
abilities to manage multiple locations and responsibilities efficiently.
