Im self employed and can afford up to R10 000 pm.Flat must have BIC and be fibre ready,im also looking to get a kitten at a later stage but only if allowed! its the first time im renting so no references unfortunately,however i am open to sign any sort of agreement between myself and owner,and also open to a rent to purchase option and looking for a 1 year lease (renewable) and can pay few months upfront(upon occupation) if you're willing to negotiate a good deal!
