I am more focused on establishing myself in the Cape Town economy and building professional connections. Since my varsity days, I've never been late on rent payments (a bank statement can verify that) nor cause damage to property.I prefer to live in the Northern suburbs due to it's safety, which is the upmost factor when looking for a place, and peace.
