Key Responsibilities: Oversee Daily OperationsCustomer EngagementMenu and Food ManagementHealth & Safety ComplianceInventory & Cost ControlStaff LeadershipBudget & Financial ManagementMinimum Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 3 years management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of food preparation, presentation, and restaurant operations.Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.Health & Safety: Solid understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Cost & Inventory Management: Proven ability to manage stock, control food costs, and perform regular stock takes.Staff Management: Experience in managing and developing restaurant staff, including knowledge of disciplinary and grievance procedures.
