Minimum requirements for the role:Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is essential for this role.Previous injection moulding experience is essential having worked within a plastics manufacturing environment.Previous maintenance experience having worked within a manufacturing environment leading a team of people is essential for the role.Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, tool and die, equipment PLCs is essential for the role.Previous experience having worked with a variety of equipment including lubricating, cleaning, material handling, motor control, relay control, process control and packaging equipment is preferred.Functional knowledge of metal fabrication and equipment is essential. Working knowledge of preventive maintenance programs are required. To ensure optimal uptime, efficiency, and output of automated production lines through proactive maintenance, hands-on technical problem-solving, and daily production oversight.
