Description:
Our company based in JHB is looking for a FlexiCare Mobile Estate manager with the relevant experience in the sectional title field as well as the HOA & trustee field. The successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day operations in running no less than 10 Residential estates remotely and industrial office parks.
A professional person, well presented and able to effectively deal with CRM and new business development and Key accounts will be preferential.
Brief overview of expected duties:

Day to Day management of site operations.
•
Manage tenant move in & move out.
•
Managing compliance of buildings (Fire, Insurance, Gas, Safety)
•
Detailed Graph & Excell reporting on a weekly basis.
•
Inspecting projects and cleanliness of sites.
•
General administration duties.
•
Managing projects undertaken on sites.
•
Preventative maintenance planning & reporting
•
Managing SLA KPI’s.
•
Water, Electricity meter readings.
•
Managing Tenants, enforcing rules.
•
Dealing with 24hr emergencies on site (Restaurants)
•
Dealing with Trustee requests & partaking in meetings.
•
Meeting with clients on request, during & after business hours.
•
Staff management.
Minimum Requirements:
•
Diploma or similar qualifications.
•
Advanced Microsoft package Excel Word Email PowerPoint. (Will be tested)
•
At least 5 years + in a similar position taking care of estates & complexes.
•
Own reliable transport required.

- FULL foreclosure Secretary with Min 5 years experience;
- Must be able to run / handle the full foreclosure process / portfolio in its entirety;
- SBSA foreclosure experience will be beneficial but not a must;

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- N4 or equivalent trade qualification (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Minimum 5 years experience in an automated manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to operate and maintain high-tech machinery
- Strong understanding of production processes and QMS systems
- Set up, operate, and maintain automatic machinery (e.g., Plate Enveloping, COS, Shorts Testing, TTP Welding, Heat Sealing, Leak Testing, and Date Coding machines)
- Ensure correct tooling, moulds, and heads are in place for each production shift
- Troubleshoot and correct any issues impacting production rate or product quality
- Keep all machinery clean and in safe working order
- Monitor extraction and cooling water systems to ensure consistent operation
- Deliver consistent, high-quality output in line with customer and company standards
- Immediately halt production and investigate if quality issues arise - correct and prevent recurrence
- Maintain accurate records, including production logs, SPC data, and attribute charts
- Ensure all relevant job cards and permits are completed prior to maintenance tasks (including hot work, elevated work, and vessel entry permits)
- Adhere to safety, housekeeping, and quality requirements per company standards
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, peers, and management
- Participate in safety audits and support continuous improvement efforts
- Assist other departments when required

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Litigation Secretary in defended foreclosure matters.
- Experience specifically with defended foreclosure cases, preferably involving Standard Bank.
- Proficiency in My Attorneys and CACS (bank-related systems).
- Experience using GhostPractice.
- Familiarity with Caselines.
- Strong dictation typing skills.
- Ability to perform general administrative tasks relevant to a defended foreclosure department.
- Experience in drafting and processing legal documents under attorney supervision, including motions, pleadings, notices, sheriff's letters, and other litigation-related documentation.
- Competency in managing case files and documentation, ensuring all files are current and well-organized.
- Effective communication with clients, counterparts, and defendants.
- Coordination with legal professionals to ensure timely filings, court appearances, reporting, and feedback to clients.

Qualifications
Matric
Diploma/Degree in Marketing (Essential)
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in retail
Strong business and data analysis skills
Excellent numerical proficiency
Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies
Competence in SEO and digital best practices
A qualification in Retail Management will be advantageous

Strategic & Digital Marketing
Research and report on current marketing trends in South Africa
Conduct competitor analysis and deliver actionable insights
Assist in developing the annual marketing calendar and budget
Execute all marketing activities including campaigns, events, and PR-driven photoshoots
Liaise with the Merchandise team to upload new arrivals to the company website, with bi-weekly stock updates
Coordinate with global teams on website campaigns, aesthetic updates (e.g. banners, layout)
Oversee and implement the local social media strategy in alignment with global guidelines
Monitor digital platforms for responsiveness, functionality, and campaign tracking
Provide regular digital reporting and track conversion rates (e.g. online bookings)

Brief Role Description
