Youll deal with people at every level, and youll need to lead your team with strong people development and management skills;An outgoing personality, a self-starter, and a can-do attitude are essential. This role is hands-on and has considerable autonomy. Be ready to face challenges head-on, enjoy problem solving, and show your passion and work ethic;Experience using software tools, experience with SYSPRO or other integrated manufacturing-financial systems would be beneficial
