Description:
Our company based in JHB is looking for a FlexiCare Mobile Estate manager with the relevant experience in the sectional title field as well as the HOA & trustee field. The successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day operations in running no less than 10 Residential estates remotely and industrial office parks.
A professional person, well presented and able to effectively deal with CRM and new business development and Key accounts will be preferential.
Brief overview of expected duties:
•
Day to Day management of site operations.
•
Manage tenant move in & move out.
•
Managing compliance of buildings (Fire, Insurance, Gas, Safety)
•
Detailed Graph & Excell reporting on a weekly basis.
•
Inspecting projects and cleanliness of sites.
•
General administration duties.
•
Managing projects undertaken on sites.
•
Preventative maintenance planning & reporting
•
Managing SLA KPI’s.
•
Water, Electricity meter readings.
•
Managing Tenants, enforcing rules.
•
Dealing with 24hr emergencies on site (Restaurants)
•
Dealing with Trustee requests & partaking in meetings.
•
Meeting with clients on request, during & after business hours.
•
Staff management.
Minimum Requirements:
•
Diploma or similar qualifications.
•
Advanced Microsoft package Excel Word Email PowerPoint. (Will be tested)
•
At least 5 years + in a similar position taking care of estates & complexes.
•
Own reliable transport required.

About the role
The Implementation & Support Engineer (IT Technician) will provide technical support and maintenance for a range of equipment and systems.
Requirements (Not Negotiable)
Completed matric with relevant IT Qualification (South Africa)
Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
Valid driver's license
Clear criminal record
Fluency in Afrikaans & English (read, write and speak)
Duties
Install, maintain, repair, and support barcoding, electronic, electrical, and mechanical equipment (scanners, mobile computers, printers, and machines).
o Install
Assist with design and commissioning of machines.
Commissioning and staging of equipment and machines.
Install bracketry, equipment, software and building and installation of machines, including electronic and electrical equipment.
Installation and implementation of inhouse software, including windows services and MySQL database installations
o Maintain
Perform periodic maintenance on equipment and machines.
Test and calibrate equipment.
Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance, draw up SOP’s
Update and maintain spare parts inventory (bi-weekly stock count).
o Repairs
Add and update helpdesk tickets.
Ensure that internal and external repair requests are actioned (helpdesk tickets are logged, update customer throughout repair process, courier from workshop to repair center, provide information for quotations, courier from repair center to workshop).
o Support
Add and update helpdesk tickets.
Diagnose faults and errors in equipment.
Provide technical support to colleagues and customers.
Provide software support to colleagues and customers.
Ongoing customer support, site visits, updates, feedback etc. and customer liaison between software team and customer, as well structuring sales lead requests
o Project Management
Ability to managed and plan projects and provide feedback on progress
