Description:
Our company based in JHB is looking for a FlexiCare Mobile Estate manager with the relevant experience in the sectional title field as well as the HOA & trustee field. The successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day operations in running no less than 10 Residential estates remotely and industrial office parks.
A professional person, well presented and able to effectively deal with CRM and new business development and Key accounts will be preferential.
Brief overview of expected duties:

Day to Day management of site operations.

Manage tenant move in & move out.

Managing compliance of buildings (Fire, Insurance, Gas, Safety)

Detailed Graph & Excell reporting on a weekly basis.

Inspecting projects and cleanliness of sites.

Managing SLA KPI’s.

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma or similar qualifications.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Electrical /Mechanical Engineering qualification, B-Tech preferred
- Minimum 5 years Siemens S7 experience, TIA portal, Profibus, WinCC. Allen Bradley will be advantageous.
- Minimum- 5 years experience within a high production demand automotive manufacturing plant
