Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations at senior levels (FD and MD).
• Actively network to expand the client base and build strong professional relationships.
• Engage in cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Create and identify sales opportunities within the interior design industry.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and high-end product innovations.
• Balance the roles of a "Farmer" and a "Hunter" by nurturing existing clients while pursuing new leads.
• Develop and maintain a strong lead source to ensure a consistent sales pipeline.
• Drive the sales of high-design products to discerning clients.
• Must have a valid drivers licence and own vehicle.

Your duties will encompass:

• Compliance with Credit Policy and addressing all overdue items.
• Make sure that overdue accounts are blocked and escalated.
• Final demand letters are sent to defaulting customers.
• All discrepancies on accounts are escalated to the Supervisor, Internal and External stakeholders.
• Report on testing/billing and making appropriate recommendations on actions to be taken.
• Perform reconciliations on customer accounts accurately.
• Processing and clearing of payments are all done before the month end close off.
• Keep record of accurate and clear documentation of all credit control activities and operational procedures.
• Consolidate and maintain a database of all debtors information and payment details.
• Compile ad-hoc reports as requested.
• Customer Liaison and Retention
• Monitor task execution and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Resolve bottlenecks, within levels of discretion.
• Implement initiatives/projects to improve effectiveness and efficiency as approved by management

Your duties will encompass:

• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing them
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
• Take minutes on business meetings/preparing agenda
• Manage and set up Audio &Visual equipment for presentations
• Order office supplies and stationery
• Travel arrangements and booking of hotels/flights etc.
• Absenteeism report and assist with HR administration
• Update telephone list and headcount report
• Monitor late coming and absences, flag repeat offender
• Capture Training done and leave forms
• Schedule interviews and send out regret emails

• Assist HR administrator with issuing access card.

Your duties will encompass:

• Manage project plan with BTL tools (projects status, timesheets).
• Coordinate the activities of the implementation team leaders in line with the WMS roadmap.
• Continuously upskill the Implementation and support team on the WMS solutions and surrounding tools (reporting dev, EDI spec, dashboards and KPI building).
• Lead functional and interface design workshop.
• Prepare WMS Functional Flow.
• Prepare interface specification with mappings.
• Prepare specification for reports.
• Perform WMS configuration.
• Conduct key user training.
• Perform integration testing.
• Support user acceptance test.
• Prepare test scenarios.
• Perform data migration for existing customer migrating to the WMS.
• Provide onsite support for Go-live.
• Troubleshoot production issues.

Your duties will encompass:

• Facilitate the shipping of products.
• Arrange transportation of product lines.
• Receive products and coordinate deliveries.
• Prepares loads for shipment.
• Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
• Oversees inventory accuracy upon loading the vehicle prior to dispatch
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Ensure all processes on the system are accurate and completed as per corporate process.
