Job description:
The Designer will be responsible for generating design output across our gaming brands. The candidate must have a passionate, proactive approach to producing new and exciting creatives
Responsibilities:
• Design and concept digital assets for use on our clients websites, social media, and CRM communications
• Work closely with the Social Media team on social content and strategies
• Design and offer creative input for all forms of advertising, both above and below-the-line
• Collaborate with Retention team in the creation of assets for CRM communications
• Take on and actioning feedback from senior creatives and marketers to complete campaigns and creative for all Group projects
• Discuss ideas and present creative concepts to marketing stakeholders
• Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to and the highest level of work is produced, striving for continuous improvement and excellence
• Understand and investigating new methods to develop highly visible creative design solutions Key requirements:
• Digital graphic design degree, or relevant qualification
• 2 - 3 years experience as a Digital Designer preferably with agency and iGaming experience
• Must have a back ground in Sports
• Adobe Creative Suite (CS5 and up) essential (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Motion/Animation Video, GIF creation, photography (not essential)
• Understand Social Media trends and platforms
• Active interest in the design and technology sector
• An understanding of UX/UI
• A portfolio to demonstrate the above
• Interest in sports and/or gaming advantageous
• An understanding of HTML CSS advantageous Soft skills:
