Our company based in JHB is looking for a FlexiCare Mobile Estate manager with the relevant experience in the sectional title field as well as the HOA & trustee field. The successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day operations in running no less than 10 Residential estates remotely and industrial office parks.
A professional person, well presented and able to effectively deal with CRM and new business development and Key accounts will be preferential.
Brief overview of expected duties:

Day to Day management of site operations.

Instructors are also to liaise with Reserve Management on concession matters.
Each camp has a cook, cleaner and Camp Coordinators. Cooks and Cleaners report to Camp Coordinators who in turn report to the Head Instructor, and if there is no Head Instructor present, they report to the Assistant Instructor.
