Position Overview:

· The QC/QA officer will ensure that construction materials, methods, and completed works comply with technical specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.

· Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in civil construction and/or solar renewable energy projects.

· Strong knowledge with QA/QC documentation systems and standards.

Key responsibilities:

· Prepare quality documentation, liaise with project managers to address quality issues.

· Conduct root cause analyses and implement preventative measures for recurring issues.

· Support compliance with HSE standards.

Skills:

· Ability to read construction drawings.

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

We are looking engage a pre-sales field agent to set up sales appointments with decision makers in the relevant target markets.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying prospect commercial clients through field visits, cold calls, site engagements, and networking
• Present and promote company products/services to potential clients and set up appointments to advance the sales process
• Develop new relationships with key decision makers in the building sector
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth transition from lead generation to sales and order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities, client interactions and progress
• Provide regular feedback on performance, client feedback and strategic opportunities to management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in pre-sales and appointment setting, preferably in capital goods sales
• Good understanding of supply chain processes and client buying behavior in the commercial and industrial sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently in the field and achieve set targets
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively for client visits
• Experience using Project Management/CRM systems and MS Office Suite
