Our company based in Meadowdale is looking for a maintenance manager to manage, grow and oversee our property maintenance division throughout the Gauteng region. This individual must be highly motivated with a very strong traceable background in the property maintenance Industry. Brief overview of expected duties:
· Site visits & identifying property maintenance issues.

· Allocating project to correct teams to execute the project.
· Daily site visits to ensure Maintenance teams are delivering quality work on each project.
· Snag list (Punch List) compiling on projects.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and growth plans.
Minimum Requirements:
· Property Maintenance (Handyman minimum) or equivalent qualifications.
· Previous Maintenance experience – proven hands-on track record will be essential.
· At least 10 years’ experience in property maintenance in a similar position.
· Fully Bilingual.
· Excellent Verbal and Written communication
· Full competence in the use and application of the MS Office suite programs. (This will be tested)
· Must always be professional and well presented.
· Own Reliable Transport to report to office. Company vehicle only used during business hours.
