We had excess timeshare points and I was able to book this holiday unit for the Christmas week, December 20th to 27th (through RCI's "The Holiday Club "). It is Unit 245 at the Hermanus Beach Resort, a 3-bedroom 6-sleeper three rows back from the beach. There is no other accommodation available at the resort currently and normal price is R35K for the week. There is almost nothing available in Hermanus for that week. Unit 245 is a 3-bedroom unit which allows 6 adults and 2 kids under the age of 12 on the sleeper couch in the lounge strictly. We will not allow 8 adults as the sleeper couch in the lounge is way too small to accommodate an adult. This is a Sectional Title property which means out of the 324 units in here only 16 belong to Timeshare. There is a licensed bar, shop , putt-putt, tennis, coin operated games room for kids, squash court and swimming pool all located at the Club House on the property which is managed by the Complex manager and his Team and not by us at Timeshare."
