Our client is an award-winning industry leader in the debt review space, recognized as the top National Debt Review company for 2024 by their industry peers, after consistently ranking in the top 5 for the past five consecutive years. Their mission is simple - to serve South African consumers struggling with debt, as they work alongside their clients to achieve financial freedom.
A fantastic opportunity has become available in their new business division, and we are seeking to appoint Lead Generation Consultants to support their vibrant call centre sales team.
Non-negotiable requirements for the role include:
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate or equivalent NQF4 level education. Math or Math Literacy preferred, but not essential.
- Fluent in English plus at least one other official language. Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in multiple languages, one of which must be English.
- Assertive communication style, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Computer literate on MS Office at basic to intermediate level, specifically in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute and above, with a very high degree of accuracy.
- At least 6 month’s experience in an outbound Call Centre environment - again, we emphasise that this is a non-negotiable prerequisite for the role. Although preference will be given to candidates with previous exposure in a target driven pre-sales, sales, or cold calling call centre environment, any other outbound call centre experience will be considered.
- Some exposure using a call centre dialer system is advantageous but not a mandatory requirement.
No previous lead generation experience is required as full training will be provided. The lead gen training program is simple, concise and will equip you to execute your assigned duties effectively to ensure your success, provided you present with all the above non-negotiable criteria for the role.
The remuneration package is above market for similar positions and made up as follows:
Basic salary: R4000 per month.
Commission: up to R4000 per month, target based.
Incentives: discretionary basis.
Overtime: when applicable.
Total Package: R8000 per month OTE (on targeted earnings - basic plus commission) excluding any overtime and/or discretionary company incentives.
Commission is earned from the first week.
