JUNIOR IT FACILITIES COORDINATOR / EAST LONDON – Our Client is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Junior IT Facilities Coordinator to assist in maintaining and supporting the IT and facilities systems within their automotive dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow in IT support, gain hands-on experience, and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Requirements:
Matric
Valid driver’s license
Basic knowledge of computer systems, printers, and network devices.
Interest in IT support or facilities coordination, ideally with a relevant certificate or diploma (e.g., IT Technician, A+ or N+).
Ability to work well in a team and follow processes.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support or facilities coordination, preferably in the automotive or retail environment.
Working knowledge of dealership systems (e.g., DMS), basic networking, and IT hardware/software (advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical staff.
Understanding of facilities management practices and health & safety standards.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Salary – Market related

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12

LIST OF DUTIES:
Bookkeeping to Trial Balance
Trial balance to annual financial statements
Reconciling of bank statement on PASTEL and SAGE ONE
Import and code bank statements on PASTEL
Process cashbooks
Process suppliers
Process journals
Processing of creditors reconciliation
Maintain fixed assets register
Filing of supporting documents
Prepare VAT and turnover reconciliations
Submitting and paying VAT every second month and ensuring that all relevant customer and supplier invoices are allocated in correct VAT period
Salary – R16 – R20k (negotiable based on experience)

QUALIFIED AND HIGHLY SKILLED SPRAY PAINTER/EAST LONDON. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish on vehicles, equipment, or other surfaces while adhering to safety and quality standards. MUST have panel beating experience and be willing to start on a fixed term project contract basis with the possibility of permanent employment later
Minimum Requirements:
More than 7 -10 years ‘experience in the function
Knowledge of preparation on various metals and surfaces particularly aluminium
Knowledge of preparation- and paint products for various applications
Knowledge of job specific equipment and be able to offer advice to improve department
Understand the correct application of priming-, body filling - and paint products on various surfaces
Must be able to work meticulously and pay a great deal of attention to detail to achieve a quality final product
Welding skill essential – various applications
Must be able to work in a team as well as independently unsupervised
Must be deadline driven
Must be able to plan various steps of a project, and possibly multiple projects simultaneously
