The successful candidate will be responsible for:Maintaining all systems and policy documentationManage all internal and external quality systems audits (20 keys, ISO, GMP, HACCP, Risk)Facilitating the 20 Keys ProgrammeControl and record non-conformance and customer care reportsControl and maintain work instructionsCompile monthly quality reportsEnsure all relevant risk, health and safety training is conducted timeously and according to standardsEnsure all relevant risk, health and safety training is conducted timeously and according to standardsFacilitate the Occupational Health Risk Assessment and Risk PlanningEnsure all legal appointments as per OHS Act is in placeCommitment and compliance to the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, 20 keys, AFMA code of conduct and any other company management systemsRequirementsMinimum of Grade 12 with relevant qualificationTertiary qualification in Quality Assurance or Quality Management would be advantageousExperience in a production environmentKnowledge of the ISO / GMP / HACCP Management systems, risk management and 2- KEYS systems would be beneficial Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
