I'm 43 years old, with sober habits.Had my own construction company for 20 years and closed it.I'm looking for a permanent work, I'm willing to work my way up and need a new challenge.I can bring 20 years of construction knowledge to the table.This includes from small private jobs working for myself to big high-end projects that I have worked under big companies and on several projects that I was the main contractor. I have knowledge from starting projects to finishing up and handing over. Having H&s protocols in place and liaising with clients, qs , architects etc.I also had small concrete plant that I manufactured pre-cast products and have knowledge in this area as well from start to finish products.I stive to keep excellent client relationships as well as good relationships with other contractors.As I know I have what it takes (and have) run projects but is willing to start from bottom as there is a chance for working myself up higher in the business. I believe n site, hands on experience are golden and I have allot of that to bring to the table.
