RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our client, situated ± 6km outside Tulbagh, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Admin Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of logistics administration functions, including the management of pallet tracking software, coordination of local and export orders, and supervision of daily order packing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
VITRAX PALLET TRACKING SYSTEM:
- Daily operation of the Vitrax Pallet Tracking Software.
- Registration of new variety batches and pallet creation.
- Consignment of local and export fruit orders (airfreight, containers, cold trucks, etc.).
- Communication with exporters and the finance department regarding documentation, PO files, and transfers.
- Pallet tracking for full traceability.
- Registration of export pallets via PPECB, arranging inspections, and generating intake documents using TITAN.
- Physical scanning, consigning, and registration of pallets in the packhouse.
- Management of inbound and outbound orders, including verification of delivery notes for purchased fruit.
PICK N PAY OPERATIONS:
- Supervision of daily Pick n Pay order packing, ensuring correct pack types, dates, regions, and labelling.
- Verification of daily order lists against invoices prior to delivery loading.
- Weekend shift once a month, managing the Pick n Pay team, overseeing order accuracy and truck loading.
