It connects to your cellphone through the Kospet Fit App, it holds charge from 5 to 7 days while in use and can hold even longer while not in use. I will not go into all the features of the watch as you can find that information online on the official Kospet website. I can only say what I have learnt from my experience owning it. It is water resistant, very soft silicon straps that are easy to attach/detach, you can call, read messages, listen to music, track your steps, monitor your heart rate, track your exercises from it and more. Of all the smartwatches I know and that I have researched - this is the only watch for such a bargain price that can read your blood pressure quite accurately. I have tested it against hospital grade equipment and it was off by 2-5 units.
