Description
As a Sales Representative, you’ll onboard clients, train them to use our cutting-edge technology, and help them achieve their delivery volume targets. You’ll also actively recruit delivery drivers and collaborate with industry-leading platforms like OneAppD to revolutionize delivery services.
Responsibility:
?Onboard New Clients: Secure at least 2 new restaurants/clients per month, each generating a minimum of 100 orders per week. ?Build a Pipeline: Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients and convert leads into active partners. ?Drive Success: Work closely with clients to meet and exceed delivery volume targets by deploying tailored strategies. ?Provide Training: Train merchants to use our platform for managing orders and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. ?Recruit Drivers: Identify and recruit delivery drivers with their own bikes or cars to support client operations. ?Foster Relationships: Visit clients regularly, ensuring satisfaction and deploying customer success strategies. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS ?Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales or business development, preferably in logistics, technology, or a related industry. ?Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. ?Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. ?Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management. ?Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. ?Personality: A motivated self-starter with a knack for identifying opportunities and closing deals.
