Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Requirements
  • 3 - 5 Years' experience in a multimedia, marketing, or graphic design role within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in all Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Everlytics, Mailchimp)
  • Knowledge of video editing and animation software
  • Own reliable transport and drivers licence
  • Flexible working hours to cater for International meetings
Duties
  • Utilise analytics tools to measure and report on multimedia performance, using insights to enhance future campaigns.
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports in line with departmental standards and timelines.
  • Manage and maintain social media and online campaigns to meet strategic objectives.
  • Actively drive and manage new content.
  • Ensure all multimedia content is on-brand, up-to-date, and optimised for different platforms (social media, website, etc.)
  • Partner with external agencies to fulfil specific multimedia projects.
  • Produce layout and design as per brief.
  • Create visual media which innovatively communicates company strategies and internal initiatives.
  • Design and produce multimedia material including digital newsletters, web banners, email banners, social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and animations.
  • Check and approve artwork and content as per approval process.
  • Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations, ensuring clarity and consistency of the messaging.
  • Develop content for brochures, flowsheets, animations ensuring it is aligned with company objectives.
  • Schedule and manage content distribution across multiple digital channels, including email campaigns, social media, and the company website.
  • Maintain a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring that all content is delivered on time and in accordance with marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and materials for content creation.
