PAUL V&A WATERFRONT HAS THE FOLLOWING POSITION AVAILIABLE :
* WAITER/WAITRESS:
Must have at least two years experience as a waiter, must be well spoken, presentable, friendly with good communication skills. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
*CASHIERS
Must have experience as a cashier, willing to learn form various departments of the restaurant, knowledge of different types of pastries, breads, coffee will be a benefit must be well spoken and presentable.
* HOSTESS/HOST
A position for Hostess/Host available must be well spoken, presentable, work well under pressure be able to multitask.
*BAKER
A well experience baker needed to join the team ASAP must be able to start early mornings (own transport will be a benefit) you will be responsible for following recipes, production, insure production is done for following day and stock take as per company policy.
PAUL (CANAL WALK OPENING SOON) WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING VACANCIES AVAILABLE:
* FOH MANAGER
Duties will include but not limited to
Oversee a FOH team including (Floor supervisor/waiters)
Working with BOH team to insure guest has a good experience
Handle customers complain/compliments.
Day to Day operations
Daily Cash up
Counting stock/cutlery and crockery
*FLOOR SUPERVISOR
Must have at least 2 years experience as a Floor Supervisor, must be able to follow instructions.
Working with a team to insure customers are being served according to company standard. This will include meeting and greeting guest, touch base with each table insuring they leave store satisficed.
Responsible for Cash up
Daily Cutlery count
Weekly stocktaking
BOH KITCHEN MANAGER
Must have experience as a kitchen manager duties will include
Ordering stock on daily basis
Weekly/Monthly stocktaking
Receiving stock
Running BOH to insure customers receive correct orders placed.
KITCHEN SUPERVISOR
Must have experience as a kitchen supervisor working under Kitchen
Manager
Duties will include but not limited to running smooth back of house operation
Stock take
Issuing of stock
* WAITER/WAITRESS:
Must have at least two years experience as a waiter, must be well spoken, presentable, friendly with good communication skills. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.( applicants can start in V&A ASAP )
