Hiring Now: Senior Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Cape TownType: Full-Time |Department: Store Operations & Leadership
Salary: R10,000+ (dependent on experience) A leading health-focused quick-service brand is searching for a Senior Manager to take full responsibility for daily operations, team development, and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to drive results, through people, systems, and values.Your Role Will Include:
Team Leadership & Culture
Inspire and lead a high-performance team with energy and accountability
Recruit, train, and grow team members into capable, confident professionals
Set the tone for a positive, values-led store culture
Operations Management
Oversee store operations, from opening to closing
Drive excellence in customer service and food quality
Manage schedules, ensure labour efficiency, and support team wellbeing
Performance & Financial Oversight
Monitor sales, cost control, stock, and cash handling
Identify gaps, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs
Compliance & Standards
Maintain top-tier hygiene, food safety, and health standards
Implement and uphold brand standards and operational policies
Be audit-ready at all times
✅ What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of management experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Deep understanding of stock, scheduling, and labour cost control
Hands-on and proactive with a "no task too small" attitude
A passion for healthy living and customer-first service
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Franchise experience is a bonus
