Assistant Restaurant Manageress KZN North Coast

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Assistant Restaurant Manageress on the Dolphin Coast (Ballito/Shakas Rock).

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager the successful candidate will be required to take accountability for and assist with the management of the Front of House function in order to ensure the smooth running and management of operations. This large family oriented restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and delivers special functions and events.

This includes facility management, health and safety management, stock management, resource planning, customer service levels and satisfaction, financial profitability and cost control, adherence to departmental processes, reporting and company policies. You should ideally be a young person with high energy levels an engaging and welcoming personality with an excellent command of English as your first/home language.

Minimum Requirements

Matric

Hospitality qualification advantageous

MS Office

Hospitality Point of Sale system experience.

Valid driver’s licence

Reliable transport to and from work – will definitely suit a local Ballito resident

Minimum of 3 years of Restaurant Management/Supervision experience in busy restaurants
