Description
An established restaurant situated on Lynnwood Road in Pretoria is seeking an experienced FOH Manager to join its team.
Approximate basic salary R15'000.00 per month - negotiable based on experience & candidate presentation.

Duties include:
- Meat, greet and seat of customers
- Showing customers to their tables
- Dealing customer complaints, queries and compliments
- Daily waiter cash up
- Conducting of opening and closing checksheets
- Management of waiter team in the front of house
- Conducting of regular floor walks as well as getting to know customers
- Opening and closing shop daily
- Conducting of daily bar stocktake and ordering from relevant suppliers if required
- Address daily variances in the bar section
- Daily capturing of invoices on PILOT POS
Afrikaans speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate should be very presentable and speak well, be exceptionally friendly and charming. The successful candidate should also reside in Pretoria.
Working hours hours are from 11:00 - 22:30 with 2 days off per week. Weekend and public holiday work will be required.
