THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The
purpose of the Creditors Clerk is to reconcile the accounts of creditors who
have outstanding balance. They are tasked with capturing and allocation of payments
made and claims lodged.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

invoices are validated for payment
§ Weekly
recons of Dropshipment statements; SPAR Warehouse statement and direct
suppliers
§ Capturing,
follow up and allocation of claims
§ Purchase,
Sales and Debtors imports
§ Sorting
out discrepancies with suppliers and stores
§ Resolving
queries
§ Load
staff accounts
