A new Guest House loading... looking for personal assistance, with hospitality qualifications and skills. To manage all aspects of guest house operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration. A dynamic person to join our team. Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field is desirable.

Must live on-site.

Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Entrepreneurial and a self-starter that thrives on achieving exceptional results.

Working knowledge of human resource policies and practices.

Working knowledge of legislation applicable to the hospitality industry.

Understanding of marketing, sales and channel principles and processes.

Working knowledge of financial and administrative principles.

Excellent communication.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
