Job Vacancy: PA & Administrative Assistant
A leading real estate franchise in Rondebosch, Cape Town, is looking for an experienced PA & Administrative Assistant to provide support to management and agents, with additional secretarial and receptionist duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide PA support to management, handling schedules, emails, and general admin.
- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks, including document management.
- Manage reception duties, including answering calls and welcoming clients.
- Handle secretarial responsibilities, such as drafting correspondence and filing.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain office organization.
- Assist with general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of PA/administrative experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Gmail) and general admin software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, well-presented, and customer service-oriented.
- Must have own laptop and cellphone.
- Must be able to work in-office, full-time in Rondebosch, Cape Town.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: R17,500 per month
