Our client medium sized contractor requires a site foreman , candidates should have at least 6 years site experience , must have had exposure to stand alone luxury residential projects, mostly along the Atlantic Seaboard.

Duties

  • Manage resources on site
  • Manage sub contractors
  • Quality assurance
  • Adhere to programme
  • Safety adherence
  • Follow instructions from site manager
  • General site tidiness and organization.
