HP Cleaning Solutions is looking for a Site Manager/Front Man to join our team in the Western Cape. This full-time role comes with a 3-month probation period and requires someone who can oversee cleaning projects, manage clients, and ensure quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will be able to think independently, solve problems on-site, and handle pressure well. When work is quiet, this person must have the drive to seek new clients and generate business.
Requirements:✔️ Fluent in Afrikaans and English
✔️ Experience in roofing, waterproofing, and painting
✔️ Presentable and professional demeanor
✔️ Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
✔️ Ability to sell and bring in new business
✔️ Some experience with exterior cleaning
Salary: R12,000 – R15,000 (based on experience)
Company vehicle provided
Commission opportunities for sales and work brought in
Monday – Friday, some Saturdays as needed
Position starts: 1 March 2025
