Position: Front of House Staff

Location: Rosebank Backpackers lodge

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out.

Manage reservations and inquiries with professionalism.

Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

Ensure a clean and inviting lobby environment.

Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in hospitality is a plus but not required.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
