MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Adhering to all Company policies and procedures.

• Enforcing corrective and progressive discipline.

• Upholding to established norms and cultural beliefs of the Company.

• Daily managing of staff requirements from the client.

• Daily roll call and roll call reports

• Liaise with client & personnel on floor and identify areas of concern.

• Adhere to daily set targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years in similar position withing the staffing and/or wholesale &retail warehousing industry.

• previous experience in managing a Key Client Account

• previous experience in managing a team of supervisors/administrators/team leaders/junior managers.

• Own reliable transport

• Must be able to work shifts
