This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks
and will report directly to the Winemaker.

mobile, and healthy.Attributes: Detail-oriented,
self-motivated, and capable of working accurately under pressure.Learning: Willingness to be upskilled and adapt to new tasks and
responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Management: Oversee the
management of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and organization
of inventory.Stocktaking: Conduct regular
stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory records.Client Liaison: Communicate
effectively with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring
satisfaction.Wine-Related Administration: Handle
administrative tasks related to the wine industry, including compliance
with SAWIS, Wine & Spirit Board, Department of Agriculture, and Vinlab
requirements.Reworks Oversight: Manage reworks
such as bottling, labelling, and waxing to ensure quality and accuracy.Sample Management: Drop off and
collect samples from labs as needed.
