Reason for Reporting
Ø Filing
Ø Completing application forms and processing applications.
Ø Completing claim forms, debit order increases or changes.
Ø Follow up on disinvestments processed, claims submitted or any other applications that were processed.
Ø Every Monday to print compliance for the week (packs).
Ø Pulling prints and putting portfolio analysis together.
Ø Requesting short term quotes, requesting schedules for active clients.
Ø Submitting short term claims and following up with them.
Ø Interacting with clients for queries (phone, email or personally).
Ø Assisting with opening new business files, completing compliance and making sure all required documents are in the file upon application.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: From R6000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (Required)
