Reason for Reporting
The person will be responsible to oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes are in place to support the organization's goals. This role involves the following.
- Managing office supplies, administrative activities, ensuring office safety and providing support to staff.
- The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies, equipment and inventory ensuring cost-efficiency and timely replenishment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including handling inquiries and correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements for staff when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with office safety policies.
- Provide administrative support for sales people.
- Organize company events, meetings and conferences ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Experience working on Xero accounting software would be an advantage.
