Key functions of the role:
· Verification of client information.
· Ensuring accuracy of client details
· Ensuring quality control of information processed by the capturing department
· Adhering to the daily schedule to ensure that targets are met by following the work plan.
· General administration duties and ad hoc Tasks
· Escalate unresolved queries to management
Skills:
· Attention to detail
· Diligence
· Ability to work independently & within a team
· Working systemically and meticulous work ethic.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Computer literate and proficient on Microsoft Office.
· Adaptability
Minimum qualification requirements:
· Minimum- Grade 12
· 2 + years’ experience in relevant role.
· Paralegal experience
· Administrative qualifications advantageous.
